All of the nearly 3000 recipes in DietMaster 2000 have been developed with careful attention to federal afood safety requirements, particularly HACCP. DietMaster 2000 has always included recipe-specific CCPs, HACCP Procedures and Flow Diagrams for all of its recipes. Previously, only the CCPs embedded in the recipe's preparation procedures were editable.
The newest release of DietMaster 2000, Version 9, now allows you to edit both the HACCP Procedures list as well as the Flow Diagrams!
Use the standard "drag and drop" to modify existing Procedures list, or add your own procedures! Editing couldn't be any easier.
Using DietMaster's exclusive Flow Chart Editor, you can completely customize Flow Diagrams to meet your facility's requirements. Simply click to add boxes, decision points, and link them all together. Add custom text. Zoom in and out.
Don't want to modify the HACCP info already provided? You don't have to. We're flexible that way.
