	Monette Information Systems is a provider of ULTRACare, an integrated financial and clinical software program for LTC. It integrates marketing, admissions, billing and clinical applications for all levels of care. MIS and DietMaster have developed an interface to allow sharing of clinical demographics.
	Ben E. Keith is a major food service distributor covering the south central United States. BEK entered a private labeling agreement with DietMaster in November 2003 and distributes our software under their Menu Manage product line.
	The DMA Dollars Program allows you to earn scholarship funds for DMA Annual Meeting and Expo attendance. DietMaster Systems offers a portion of the purchased product cost for new customers through this program.
